Finca La Mula is located at the unique terroir of Baru Volcano in the Chiriqui region of Panama. The passion of the farm owner Willem Boot for the Geisha varietal and the expertise of the farm manager Kelly Hartmann have yielded excellent results and awards, including Best of Panama 2015.
This year’s lot #10 was prepared with a special washed processing style. Expect this cup to be heavy on the floral aromatics, a deep and sweet acidity liking to mandarin oranges and a lychee aftertaste that dances on the tongue.
