You will receive 1x Gemma Nespresso Compatible Capsule Coffee Machine and the number of boxes of coffee capsules based on your subscription plan selection + number of boxes of coffee capsules from respective freebies set. 

For prepaid subscription, the invoice and delivery will be processed every 3 months. You may also log in to your account to check the status of your subscription.

The prepaid subscription is under 12 months terms. It will auto-renewed once the term is up. If you wish to cancel, you will have to submit for cancellation before the renewal. 

Yes, the Gemma comes with 1 year bring-in warranty, similar to a purchased Gemma. You may also opt to pay a charge of $30 to arrange roundtrip pickup and return of the machine by courier. 

Please email marketing@jewelcoffee.com with your reason for cancellation. No cancellation fee is charged for early termination or after subscription ends. No refund of remaining months for early termination. 

No. The machine is yours when you sign up prepaid subscription. 

Yes, you can sign up more than 1 subscription plan in your account. You may check the status or edit the subscription info like delivery address via your own account.

Yes, you can browse our subscription page to choose the items that you would like to add into your subscription.

Yes, you can. Our capsules are also compatible with Nespresso® machines. Likewise, you can buy capsules that are compatible with Nespresso® machines to use in Gemma.

All machines are under 1 year bring-in warranty. Please keep the proof of purchase for verification, otherwise, the warranty will be based on the date of manufacturing in this case, you will only need to provide us with the machine's serial number (can be found at the bottom of the machine).

Customer will need to make appointment and bring-in the machine for service or repair. Customer may also opt to pay $30 for pickup and return of the machine to your preferred address. We are providing a 1 for 1 swap for replacement machine if the machine breakdowns within the first 3 months of purchase. Wear and tear are not under the warranty. 

You can only change your plan once your existing subscription ends or terminated.
