ORDERS & SHIPPING

Thank you for your interest in shopping at Jewel Coffee. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (SINGAPORE)

  • Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Order status updates and order notes (if any) will be sent through email.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are using J&T Domestic Shipping Service. You may track your parcel via their website - https://www.jtexpress.sg/trackmyparcel.

The shipping options are shown after you've entered your address during check out. You can choose the option that meets your preference best. Faster delivery typically incurs higher shipping costs. Please keep in mind that we require 1 - 3 business days to prepare your parcel before shipping. The Expedited (Next Day) shipping option is removed till further notice.

For One Time Purchase

You are entitled to free shipping with min spend of $70. No coupon code is required. 

For Subscription

You are entitled to free shipping for all Coffee subscriptions by using coupon code "FREECOFFEESHIP" when you checkout your first subscription order. We will be using J&T Standard (1 - 3 days) shipping option for all subscriptions. 

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and the parcel has been picked up by our courier, an automated email will be sent to you with a tracking number to check on the status of the delivery. Do note that once the parcel has been handed to the shipping courier, we will not have control over the handling and delivery time. Customers are best advised to get in touch with the courier for the latest update and further information.

  • Damages
It is Jewel Coffee's responsibility to make sure that the item is securely packed. If you have opened the packaging and found that your item is broken or damaged, please take a photo of the damages immediately and contact us at order@jewelcoffee.com.
Jewel Coffee is not liable for any loss of products during shipping. Please contact the shipping courier for assistance if you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping rates and respective delivery dates are automatically calculated after you’ve entered your address during check out. You can choose the option that meets your preferences best. Faster delivery typically incur higher shipping costs.

Important: You are responsible for any taxes and duties charged during import to your country. Where possible, we will provide an indication of such costs when we present you the various shipping options.

Orders will be shipped out from Singapore to Worldwide. International shipment will take around 5 to 14 business days depending on your location. The delivery duration might be extended if there is any occurrence of public holiday(s).

Shipping rates to respective countries vary by item weight and dimension, delivery destination, and shipping option. Exact shipping rates will be shown at the time of checkout under shipping method. Please keep in mind that we will require 5-7 days to prepare your parcel before shipping.

Customer shall promptly pay all duties and taxes, any additional charges for customs clearance and any other applicable charges imposed by any local or government authority of the destination country, before the item is delivered to your local mailing/ delivery address for self-collection at any self-collection point.
