However, if a repair necessitates the replacement of parts, these are typically procured from overseas at your expense, as we do not stock spare parts for every brand. We suggest contacting your original seller, as they should have the capability to repair the machine they originally sold to you.

A specialist from our team will visit your place to repair your coffee maker at a time that suits you.

The service is anticipated to take around 1 to 2 hours, varying based on the complexity of the issue.

Please be aware that our ability to provide on-site servicing depends on the availability of our technicians, as they may be on the move. Appointments should be scheduled during regular office hours. An additional fee will apply for servicing outside of standard working hours. Once your booking is confirmed, our customer service team will reach out to you via WhatsApp.

One of our team's experts will come to your location for routine maintenance on your coffee maker, as per your contract. The duration of each service will range from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the number of machines and their level of complexity. Maintenance visits can be scheduled monthly or quarterly.

Kindly note that our capacity to offer on-site maintenance is contingent upon our technicians' availability. Prior to the on-site visit, our technician will reach out to schedule an appointment. Appointments are typically arranged during regular office hours. Any maintenance conducted outside of standard working hours will incur an additional fee.
