- Subscription plans are available in Silver, Gold and Platinum. It can be paid monthly or prepaid annually.
- Monthly Subscription Plan is under monthly delivery. Prepaid Subscription Plan will be delivered quarterly i.e. every 3 months.
- All the subscription plans will be auto-renewed.
- Cancellation fee will only be charged if the monthly subscription plan is still within the 1st 12 months of sign up. 
- Jewel Coffee Roasters Pte Ltd reserves the right to make amendments without prior notice. 

You will receive 1x Gemma Nespresso Compatible Capsule Coffee Machine and the number of boxes of coffee capsules based on your subscription plan selection. 

For monthly subscription, the invoice will be charged on the same day of the month you sign up. Once the invoiced is issued, the operations team will process the mail out accordingly.

For prepaid subscription, the invoice and delivery will be processed every 3 months. You may also log in to your account to check the status of your subscription.

The first difference is the mode of payment. Monthly subscription will be invoiced every month. Prepaid subscription is charged annually. 20% discount off is given to all regular prepaid subscription i.e. Silver, Gold and Platinum. 

The second difference is delivery frequency. Monthly subscription will be delivered monthly. To reduce the carbon footprint, our prepaid subscription will be delivered quarterly.

Both monthly subscription and prepaid subscription are under a minimum 12 months term. 

All the subscriptions will be auto-renewed.

Yes, the Gemma comes with 1 year bring-in warranty, similar to a purchased Gemma. You may also opt to pay a charge of $30 to arrange roundtrip pickup and return of the machine by courier.

During 1st 12 months
For monthly subscription, there is a cancellation fee for early termination.  Please refer to the table at the bottom on the cancellation fee. 
For prepaid subscription, there is no cancellation fee for early termination. There is no refund for the remaining months. 
After 1st 12 months
There is no cancellation fee charge for both monthly and prepaid subscription plans from the 13th month onwards. 

Yes, you can sign up more than 1 subscription plan in your account. You may check the status or edit the subscription info like delivery address via your own account.

Yes, you can edit and choose the other options from your own account. You may also email marketing@jewelcoffee.com for further assistance.

Yes, you can browse our subscription page to choose the items that you would like to add into your subscription.

Yes, you can. Our capsules are also compatible with Nespresso® machines. Likewise, you can buy capsules that are compatible with Nespresso® machines to use in Gemma.

If this is your first time logging in, unable to view anything or cannot log in, please email marketing@jewelcoffee.com for assistance. 

You do not need to return the machine if the cancellation fee for monthly subscription plan is cleared. You do not need to return the machine if you are under prepaid subscription plan.

You can only change your plan once your existing subscription ends or terminated.

All machines are under 1 year bring-in warranty. Please keep the proof of purchase for verification, otherwise, the warranty will be based on the date of manufacturing in this case, you will only need to provide us with the machine's serial number (can be found at the bottom of the machine).

Customer will need to make appointment and bring-in the machine for service or repair. Customer may also opt to pay $30 for pickup and return of the machine to your preferred address. We are providing a 1 for 1 swap for replacement machine if the machine breakdowns within the first 3 months of purchase. Wear and tear are not under the warranty. 

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct before we mail out the parcel. You can edit your address via your own account. There will be a charge of $10 for reschedule of delivery.
